    NHSTE is excited to announce the following ISTEU self-paced, course ~ Supporting Student Well-Being ~ available for FREE to all NHSTE members, but you must register before the end of June.

    Course Dates:   Open year-round, but FREE registration ONLY through June 30th

    Time:  Self-paced 2-hour course, you pick when!

    Registration Deadlines:  The course must be completed within 3 months of registering.  

    If you want to complete the course over the April break or sooner, you can enroll now.  If you want to complete the course over the summer break, then wait until June 1st to enroll.

    Each year NHSTE recognizes and honors two individuals (one leader and one teacher) who, through their extraordinary work and accomplishments, have made a significant impact in the field of educational technology.  

    Winners will be recognized at the Christa McAuliffe Transforming, Teaching, & Technology Conference (CMTC22) and will receive a $1000 cash prize, a one-year Premium NHSTE membership, and acknowledgment from NH's Governor.

    NHSTE Pat Keyes Technology - Using Educator Award

    The NHSTE Technology Using Educator Award is named in memory of Pat Keyes; a former secondary teacher in the Keene School District who served NHSTE in many capacities including editor of the NHSTE Connections.  The nominee for this award will be an educator who exemplifies the following:

    • Functions as a public or private PreK-12 teacher providing direct instruction in a New Hampshire school(s).
    • Developed effective units integrating educational technology.
    • Demonstrated improved student performance with application of technology.
    • Shared ideas/initiatives in formal and informal arenas using traditional and electronic methods.

    NHSTE Susan Janosz Technology Impact Award

    The NHSTE Technology Impact Award is named in memory of Susan Janosz, longtime employee of the Manchester School District who was employed as a Technology Integrator.  The nominee for this award will be an educational professional who exemplifies the following:
    • Provides leadership in a public or private PreK-16 New Hampshire school(s).
    • The nominee's work has had a significant positive impact on technology use in education locally, statewide, regionally and/or nationally.
    • The nominee has involved the community in the initiative or program to facilitate partnerships with business and/or legislative initiatives to advance the use of technology in education.
    • Supported technology within the context of school reform, restructuring, and improvement.
    • Demonstrated a commitment to ongoing self-education by keeping abreast of emerging technologies.
    • The quality of education and/or work experience has been significantly advanced in the nominee's workplace as a result of the nominee's efforts.

    CMTC21 Second Pass! is available
    through the summer months

    The 2021 Christa McAuliffe Transforming, Teaching, & Technology Conference (CMTC21) was back better than ever as we celebrated our 35th Anniversary!!!

    If you were not able to attend CMTC21 live, you can now register for a "second pass" to access to all the content that was streamed live or recorded via Zoom.

    CMTC21 Second Pass! provides access to ALL of the following online content through at least August 31st:

    • Kate Darling PhD. (Tuesday) and Dr. Lori Elliot (Wednesday) Keynote Presentations
    • Monday Virtual Panel ~ Lessons Learned During the COVID Virtual Pivot
    • 8 Spotlight and Keynote concurrent sessions
    • 44 Concurrent Sessions & BYOD Workshops 

    That is a total of 55 sessions included in your CMTC21 Second Pass! registration!

    CMTC21 Second Pass! Options

    Individual Registration*

    • General; $115
    • NHSTE: $110

    Individuals registering for CMTC21 Second Pass! will receive an email invitation to Sched to access all available recorded content within 1 business day.

    *Four NHSTE event coupons may also be used for one (1) individual registration.

    District/Bundle Pack Registration (includes access to a specific number of email addresses as noted)

    • 5-pack ~ $550
    • 10-pack ~ $1,050
    • 20-pack ~ $2,000

    Bundle pack registrations allow 5, 10, or 20 email addresses access to the 55 sessions available online via Sched.

    The contact person purchasing a District/Bundle Pack will receive an email with a link to a form within one business day to provide us with the names and email addresses of those who will be given the CMTC21 Second Pass! registrations .

    Upon receiving the completed the form, individual invitations to Sched will be sent to each registrant providing access all available recorded content within 1 business day..

    CMTC21 Second Pass! Certificates of Participation are available upon receiving full payment.  This is a great way to enhance your professional learning hours.

    Check out the CMTC21 website at www.nhcmtc.org to see which sessions are available online.  All session titles marked with "SP!" are accessible using your CMTC21 Second Pass! registration.

    NHSTE will be holding a retreat to reflect, clarify goals, set priorities and make plans for the future. Members, liaisons, and guests are welcome to attend this meetings. You are welcome to participate in any part of the day as possible. 

    This meeting will be in person in the second floor Event Center at Granite State College, 25 Hall St., Concord.

    There is also a virtual option to attend the meeting.  Once registered, you will be emailed a link for Zoom room as the date nears. 

    Please RSVP by Friday, August 12th,  before the meeting in order to get a count for lunch and to receive the automated email with the meeting link.

    Lunch is provided. Please bring your own drink.
